Was thinking of joining chess.net as a paying member. Tried joining as a guest . But after registering and signing in all I get is a screen that says chess.net community and can get no help at all in what i need to do in order to play or get any help on this issue.

You must just use the /assist command and be patient when waiting for answer. It might also be a good idea to see who of the admins are online by typing /in 0

But mainly this should work : /assist need admin
