Missing password

I purchased a membership but never get a password, or dont'remember?.

The purchase was about two months.

where i can retrieve my password?, same account on this forum but when I try to have my password it reports inactive account.

Just send an assist in chess.net ,like this : /assist lost password
Then you have to wait for admins to answer it ,dont start a game because it withdraws your assist.
