Can't play Chess

I am unable to play chess using chess.net for windows or the Java version. My log-on and password work on the website fine but it tells me my password is wrong when I try to log-in to play. I have changed the password numerous times and have even re-installed the software. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. Maybe the problem is on your computer. Some programs doesnt work when you have installed others. Try to reinstalled cnfw again, and if you cant log in to chessnet, talk to an admin.
