please try to log in as a guest and sending an assist :
/assist (my problem here)

then after u sent assist u must wait for someone to answer it without starting a game ,otherwise your assist is withdrawn.

anyway ,if u cannot log in as a guest either ,u should download newer version of the client from www.chess.net

Masa, I tried to login as a guest since my accounts are expired and I can't because there are always too many guests logged in.

Now I know the email on my acccount is set to box_brother@chess.net and I can't get there. Can you ask a admin to sent a new password for the account
