Do you use Net Games for billing?

I have a charge on my credit card, from back in April, for Net Games. I'm wondering if this is for chess.net. However, I have never received a renewal notice or gained access to the site. I've been a member, even a Gold member one year, for quite a while. What's the story.

NetGames also charged me - and it is for chess.net. Renewal: if you do nothing they'll bill you annually. To stop this - in my opinion - the only way is cancel membership in time.
