With the server having just suffered a second database error in a week locking out members, How about keeping those of us who work at the membership end of things in the loop because I (and no doubt the rest of my fellow front line colleagues) can not answers members questions without answers from those of you in the know!
We are supposed to be a business offering a service and when that service disappears, it is the front-line admin staff who get abused by members rightly annoyed at not being able to have the service they paid for....Lets keep the information flowing!
