"fatal error" message when logging in

Further to my earlier E mail, I have tried to log in and I got the following "fatal error" mesage:

"CNFW caused an invalid page fault in module CNFW.EXE at 0197:0042fbeb"

I have no idea what trhis means, is there anybody who can help resolve this?
