i used my handle as is Nimzowitschsystem for years on past chess.net free servers and also had a not too bad rating...how can i retrieve my past handle and history on this new site now...do i have to pay membership...please i would love to come back and play...

login as a guest and send in a assist using the /assist command. A admin will be able to assist you.

If you didn't have a trial account in the last year you can get a 14-day free trial account. When that account expires you have to pay for a membership.
