Hi, I'm banned as a guest and want/need to be unbanned!

I'm just a guest, and was banned due to my roomate. I was taking a shower and he went and got on my comp and messed with admins and shouted bad stuff. I play on Chess.net everyday and really enjoy the people and the experience. I would really, really, appreicate it if I could be unbanned.

i was suddenly banned and their abuse team said i had dupe accounts.

i have had NO dupe accounts

so i went to the head admin as a guest and asked and she said she didnt believe me...
