Log in problems...

Hi there, I used to play on chess.net a lot, I had dial up connection and everything was fine, I just got my cable modem and i can´t log in now, it says "The following network error occurred:
<Connection timed out> in Async"
and I have no idea what it means, please any help would be appreciated.
