Crashing when trying to resign

Hi

CNFW sometimes freezes when I try to resign. I get the "confirm" message, and when I hit confirm it isnt acknowledged. The clock keeps running and I cant even exit the program because it sends a mesaage "you cant exit unless you resign!" So have to watch as clock runs down - cant even send opps message to tell them what has happened. Its embarrassing!
