Refund Please

I paid for a membership on Octorber 1st via paypal. I have not been able to log in though. I have tried to email Fanning, but he has not responded. I have tried telling guides about this problem (Isis and another one that I can not remember). One told me to wait a couple more days and Isis told me to send a tell to Fanning. You can not send a tell when your account is not active. (guest) Please give me a refund. I am tired of dealing with this....
