Q: How can I challenge everyone for a 5 Minute Blitz game ?
A: use /seek 5 0
Q: I have a Problem with an other Member, what can i do ?
A: Report immediately to an Admin about the abuse. Use /assist or /tell Adminname but NEVER shout it in Public Room. Also you can ignore this Member by typing /+censor membername.
Q: Someone disconnect in a lost Position, how can i claim the win ?
A: You got already the win. Please type /news 25 on chess.net and read about our new Disconnect Policy.
Q: I played a great game, is it possible to save it ?
A: Yes, you have two ways to save the game. 1) after playing the game BEFORE you close the Boardwindow type /mailmoves and the game will be emailed to you. 2) read /help journal.
Q: How can i see my current Rank on chess.net ?
A: Type /rank to see the all over Rank of you, or /hrank to see your Rank for Human Players only.
Q: How can i view an old game, that i played once ?
A: You can only watch your last 10 played games. Type /history to see a list with you games. Now type /examine <yourname> <gamenumber> (e.g. /examine asko 17)
Q: How can i leave someone a message, if he/she is not online ?
A: Use /message <playername> <Text> (e.g. /message asko hello buddy, i was on chess.net but you was not here :( ...)
